SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Miriam’s Well will ship to any address within the continental US via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Overnight shipping is available at an additional charge for items in stock.

We are committed to your satisfaction and hope you will be delighted with the products you purchase from Miriam’s Well – Your Simcha Resource! Miriam’s Well has quality assurance to be sure that you receive your merchandise in proper condition.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return any item within 14 days for exchange or store credit. Returns are not accepted for special order and personalized items, and those that carry kashrut certification such as tefillin, mezuzot and shofars.
Any returned merchandise must be undamaged, unused and re-sellable in perfect condition. All clothing or apparel must come back to us in new condition and have the original labels on them or they cannot be returned.
Returns are accepted for 14 days from purchase date and entitle you to an exchange or a store credit. We cannot give cash refunds. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items which are received after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Please contact Miriam’s Well for a Return Authorization number. Returned items should be sent to us prepaid & insured for the total amount of the invoice, with all original tags and packaging.
Please enclose the invoice and a letter explaining the reason for your return.
